You'll be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing customers to where they need to go both in person and over the phone. You'll also be a key resource to our sales and service employees assisting with deal jackets, lot keys, and cashier. We pride ourselves on having the best customer service around and this position will be an integral part of that.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

including but not limited to: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains the phone and call transferring functions. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
