• We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
• Duties
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Experience
• Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
• Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
