DEALERSHIP RECEPTIONIST

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our automotive dealership team at Metro Kia of Madison!

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with customer inquiries Help direct customers to the appropriate Sales or Service department Perform basic administrative and clerical duties, including scanning documents Maintain a professional and organized front desk Provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Hours are Mon-Fri from noon to 8pm with Fridays off. Saturdays 9am-5pm.
