Our team is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to work Monday - Thursday, occasional Friday mornings. The essential duties for this position are: Greet patients and visitors Manages entire admitting process for patients Prepare waiting area for patients and visitors Print daily schedules Manage daily charts Answer phones Act as customer service rep and assist patients and their families during their wait Daily deposit and cash drawer count The qualified candidate will possess: Excellent customer service skills Superior communication skills Positive and welcoming attitude Cash management training Computer literacy Compensation is competitive and will depend on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
