Responsibilities Provide general information about products, services, and company activities. Respond to routine customer and visitor questions. Assist customers with basic requests and follow-ups. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities. Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records. Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors. Reliable, adaptable, and dependable. Previous receptionist, front desk, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
