Primary Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional front-desk experience Check patients in and out and collect payments Schedule and reschedule appointments Answer incoming phone calls and communicate messages appropriately Enter and maintain accurate patient information in office software Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic insurance-related administrative tasks Process digital X-rays and assist with related patient records Prepare treatment rooms and patient materials as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, filing, and general office correspondence Maintain office supplies and patient materials Complete daily closing procedures, including balancing payments and preparing deposits Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office environment. Strong phone and communication skills are important, along with basic computer proficiency, good organizational skills, and the ability to learn new office procedures and software. No previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is required. We are willing to train the right person
