About Us The Salt Spot is a family-owned wellness business located in the heart of downtown Oconomowoc. We offer salt therapy and infrared sauna services that support better breathing, healthier skin, deeper sleep, improved physical fitness, and overall wellness. Our services are holistic, drug-free, non-toxic, and safe for children, seniors, and everyone in between. About the Position - Oconomowoc location We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our Oconomowoc team. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and is excited to help create a calm, welcoming environment for every guest. This position is a great fit for high school students (16+) and those participating in the Youth Apprenticeship Program, but we welcome applicants of all ages and backgrounds. Responsibilities Welcome and check in guests Answer phone calls and assist with questions Schedule and check out appointments using our booking software Provide outstanding customer service Fold towels and assist with light laundry Clean and maintain the lobby, salt rooms, and infrared sauna Restock supplies as needed Assist with other daily tasks to keep the spa running smoothly Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Customer service experience is preferred but not required Comfortable using a computer and learning new software Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and stay productive Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Schedule Part-time:
7-15 hours per week
Required Availability:
Monday-Thursday:
Available between 11:30 AM and 8:30
PM Friday:
Available between 11:30 AM and 6:30
PM Weekends:
Available to work 3-5 weekend shifts per month , with shifts scheduled either 8:30 AM-12:30 PM or 12:30-4:30 PM Additional daytime hours may occasionally be available to cover vacations or staff absences. Pay $14.00-$18.00 per hour , based on experience.
