Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer and manage incoming phone calls and patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Check patients in and out of the office Verify patient demographic and insurance information Collect copayments, balances, and other patient payments Review treatment plans and financial information with patients as needed Assist with insurance verification and basic dental insurance questions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants Contact patients regarding appointments, treatment follow-ups, and outstanding balances Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Handle daily front desk administrative tasks Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements Assist with dental billing and insurance claims when needed Provide excellent customer service and help address patient concerns professionally Support the dental team with other administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers and dental office software Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to handle confidential patient information appropriately Reliable, punctual, and professional Dental insurance and billing knowledge is a plus Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
