Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and billing information. Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and professionally. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Address any guest complaints or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of guest relations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in front desk operations and familiar with night audit processes. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
