Position Overview The Receptionist is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming experience for customers, clients, and visitors while providing essential administrative and operational support to the office. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-through are important. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers, clients, visitors and other guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member. Utilize the company's software system to accurately enter new orders and related information. Monitor and manage the office's general email inbox, responding to or appropriately routing messages. Complete end-of-day reporting accurately and timely. Process document recordings and accurately balance and reconcile recording fees. Monitor office supplies and maintain adequate inventory of commonly used supplies. Refill and maintain office copiers, printers, and other shared office equipment. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and commitment to outstanding customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
