Job Description
PRN Receptionist needed Up to 4 (6-hour) shifts per week from 3pm-9pm weekdays & 8am-2:30pm and 2:30-9pm on weekends depending on need. Weekends are required. Must be able to work two holidays per year.
Occasional 1st shift upon request and notice given.
Professionalism, reliability and strong customer service skills essential. Candidate must be multi-tasked and detail oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft products required•
Greet all visitors in a friendly, caring, professional manner and determine/notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival. Answer questions from callers/visitors about our organization and servicesHandle mailing and shipping of certain suppliesAssist with projects when requested by Administration, Human Resources or other departments.
Ability to manage a sometimes busy environment. Previous switchboard experience a plus but not necessary.

Position Purpose:
Answer incoming phone calls and greet and direct guests to the facility. Offer callers, guests and clients assistance as needed in determining the appropriate staff or department that would be able to address their concerns. General clerical support needed by various departments within the facility.Duties:

Qualifications:

Education:
