PER DIEM
position, which means there are no guaranteed hours. You would work as needed to provide reception coverage when shifts become available. There may be opportunities to pick up a significant number of hours from month to month, so we are seeking someone with flexibility. How You'll Contribute Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Assist coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems. Provide administrative support to the leadership team for miscellaneous projects. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to represent the hospital to board members, medical staff, visitors, and the community. Stay organized and carry out duties independently, using sound judgment and analytical skills. Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or GED required.Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered. Proficient in use of computers. Customer service experience or aptitude to be able to deal tactfully with patients, physicians, visitors and the general public. Team oriented, positive attitude and take imitative during down time. Ability to work independently and use downtime productively.Schedule:
