Temporary Front Office (Maternity Leave Coverage) Facial Plastic Surgery Practice | Waukesha, WI We are a busy facial plastic surgery practice seeking a warm, charming, and genuinely personable Front Office Associate for a temporary position covering maternity leave. This is a patient-facing role where first impressions matter — we need someone who naturally puts people at ease and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Pay:
$18-20 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Temporary - expected to last approximately 3-4 months What You'll Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a friendly, polished manner Schedule and manage appointments accurately Guide patients through intake forms and explain office policies clearly Process point-of-sale transactions Prepare daily charts and keep front-office systems organized Track patient referrals Maintain a clean, orderly front office that meets OSHA standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Naturally charming, personable, and customer-service oriented Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task smoothly Comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic data entry Previous medical office, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred (not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($18-20 DOE) Paid holidays that fall within the assignment period Accrued PTO consistent with temporary full-time status This is a great opportunity for someone looking for short-term work in a professional, patient-focused environment.
