About Us For over 20 years, Asia Physio has supported skiers, snowboarders, and travellers throughout Japan's winter season. With clinics across major destinations including Niseko, Rusutsu, Hakuba, Myoko, Nozawa Onsen, and soon Furano for the 2026/27 season, we are an established part of life in the snow. Our work goes beyond treatment - we help people stay active, recover quickly, and make the most of their time on the mountain. Every role contributes to this, from reception and clinic operations through to hands-on care and behind-the-scenes support. Our clinics are fast-paced, international environments, but also friendly, supportive, and team-focused. At Asia Physio, you'll be part of a unique winter lifestyle, working in incredible locations, building lasting connections, and contributing to a team that values both excellence and experience. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist to join our winter clinics for the 2026/27 season. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience. This position involves booking appointments, handling billing and payments, and communicating with physiotherapists and massage therapists, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling, both in person and over the phone Coordinate with physiotherapists and massage therapists to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic scheduling Process patient payments, issue receipts, and manage end-of-day cash Oversee direct billing processes for insurance companies Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with care Support daily front desk operations and assist in general administrative tasks What We're Looking For At least 1 year in clinic administration or customer service within the healthcare industry Strong communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus but not required!)
