Overview Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist and become the friendly face and organizational hub of our animal care facility! This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional client service. As the first point of contact for pet owners and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing patient records, and administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and outstanding care for clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Individuals must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Duties Greet clients warmly and handle all incoming calls of a multi line phone system with professionalism and enthusiasm Collect payments and maintain cash drawer and balance end of shift receipts Maintain detailed patient records using veterinary management software, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Coordinate with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely care delivery Typing, faxing and emailing of medical records. Experience Previous experience in a fast paced veterinary reception setting is highly preferred Strong communication skills combined with a passion for animals will help you excel in this lively environment Motivated to provide excellent customer services in person and over the phone. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
