Job Description

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a part-time Breast Center Receptionist for our Breast Health Center. To interview patients in a friendly, professional manner while obtaining accurate demographic and billing information necessary to effectively complete the registration process, either in person or by telephone and to assure proper collection of data for services rendered. Registration of each patient accurately, including compliance check, medifax, application extender.
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Junior College/Technical School/Business School is preferred
Experience:
No Previous Experience is Required Up to 1 year of experience is preferred The kind of position-related experience includes: Business school is a plus. Must have typing skills of 45 wpm. Proficient computer experience required. Previous work experience required. Medical office experience is a plus. Previous experience of third-party payors and ICD10 codes desirable.
