Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician /
Front Desk Receptionist Location:
Momentum Physical Therapy Schedule:
Part-Time (Flexible hours; may include mornings, afternoons, or evenings varying from 7am -7pm)
About Us:
Momentum Physical Therapy is a patient-centered outpatient clinic focused on delivering high-quality care in a welcoming, supportive environment. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team in a dual role supporting both clinical and front office operations.
Position Overview:
This hybrid role combines responsibilities of a Physical Therapy Technician and Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting while providing excellent patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical (PT Technician Duties): Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic Guide patients through prescribed exercises Clean and sanitize equipment between uses Monitor patient safety during therapy sessions Front Desk (Reception Duties): Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify patient information and insurance details Collect copays and manage basic administrative tasks Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, or fitness (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous medical office or customer service experience is a plus
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
From $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
