Job Description Established Plastic Surgery & Full Medical Spa in Modesto seeks experienced phone operator with medical, sales and marketing skills. As a phone operator you will be the first point of contact providing a positive first impression to patients. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player, who demonstrates initiative and effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service, has strong marketing and sales skills, and enjoys being the first point of contact for potential patients Triaging phone calls, successfully determine if patient phone call requires immediate attention by another department or supervisor. Address concerns or escalate issues appropriately. Convert phone inquiries into consultations and booked appointments. Support marketing campaigns and promotions through outbound calls and email follow-ups. Registers patient into patient portal and sends forms via portals. Responsible for monitoring assigned providers' schedules to ensure scheduling is accurate and/or provider has full schedule, to be monitored at least 3 days out. Audit phone calls Lead & Inquiry Management - Manage and respond to multiple lead platforms, including: Website inquiries, Online booking requests, Third-party lead programs Track, follow up, and convert leads into scheduled consultations Maintain accurate documentation of all patient communications Analyze trends and production. Provide administrative support to managers. Assist with company Social Media accounts and patient inquiries Assist with Web Site maintenance and content management. Position:

Exceptional interpersonal skills - must enjoy working with people in a team environment and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Proven ability to convert leads into appointments. Excellent writing and phone skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and complete tasks promptly without direct supervision. Computer skills, including email. Uses effective communication techniques to engage the patient. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery procedures is a plus! Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
