Duties Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly using multi-line phone systems and operator switchboards. Manage office phone systems efficiently, ensuring clear communication and proper routing of calls. Provide courteous and professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries, requests, or dispatching messages. Assist visitors by greeting them warmly, verifying appointments, and guiding them to appropriate departments or personnel. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and visitor logs using Microsoft Office tools. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing front desk activities, and coordinating internal communications. Handle emergency or urgent calls with professionalism and clarity, ensuring swift response or escalation when necessary. Experience Proven clerical experience with a focus on front desk or receptionist duties in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively. Familiarity with telephone systems, operator switchboards, multi-line phone management, and telephony technology. Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, reporting, and correspondence. Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing multiple phone lines simultaneously. Basic understanding of medical terminology or technical proficiency related to office or dispatch operations is a plus. Preference for individuals who live close (Wheat Ridge, Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Edgewater, Arvada, Denver, etc...). Must be able to work shifts during the hours of 12:30 pm to midnight. Shifts are generally 4-7 hours. Must be available to work weekends and summer holidays. Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
