Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI cleared Sr. Program Control Specialist sitting 3 days onsite at the Pentagon. This role involves leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the Department of War's (DoW) Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration efforts. This individual will work closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, industry partners, and external agencies to drive adoption, ensure policy and technical alignment, and support the successful implementation of enterprise-wide PQC capabilities.
Responsibilities Include:
  •  Lead PQC migration initiatives, including research, testing, and implementation efforts.
  •  Coordinate activities across stakeholders, Components, and external partners to support migration objectives.
  •  Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
  •  Review and manage incoming taskings, prioritize and assign actions, track progress to completion, and develop executive-level briefings, talking points, and reports for senior leadership.
  •  Partner with Government leadership to establish technical baselines and ensure quality execution.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for program coordination and cross-functional communication.
  •  Collaborate with industry, vendors, and government agencies to ensure interoperability and successful PQC adoption.
Compensation:
$50.00/hr to $54.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.   •  Active
DOD TS/SCI
security clearance
  •  12+ years of related experience and a master's degree or 18+ years of experience in a related professional environment in lieu of a degree
  •  Recent experience supporting DoD/DoW and strong knowledge of its component organizations
  •  Strong knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and principles.
  •  Experience leading teams and driving cybersecurity-related tasks, milestones, and deliverables to completion
  •  Experience integrating activities across organizations, compile supporting data, producing final reports and memoranda, providing developmental support to client and stakeholders
  •  Enterprise task management system experience (experience using CATMS is a plus)
  •  Experience developing executive briefings, presentations, and talking points for senior leaders
  •  Strong communication skills, including previous experience briefing senior government leadership
  •  Experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
  •  Knowledge of Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
  •  Previous PM experience
