Efficiently and courteously process all incoming calls, facilitate emergency code paging, and operate a multi-station switchboard to assist internal and external customers. Answer, route, and place calls using appropriate telephone etiquette. Handle emergency/disaster code paging and voice paging according to policy. Maintain awareness of hospital departments, programs, and personnel for accurate call routing. Update and maintain contact lists, on-call books, and departmental logs. Operate overhead paging and external paging systems to contact physicians and staff. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned.What Sets BRG Apart:
