In this vital role, you will oversee and implement erosion control measures across construction sites, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Your expertise will help protect natural resources, prevent soil erosion, and promote sustainable construction practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Develop and execute erosion control plans aligned with project specifications and environmental regulations Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor erosion control effectiveness and identify potential issues Ensure all erosion control measures comply with federal, state, and local construction safety and environmental regulations Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate erosion control strategies into overall project plans Maintain detailed records of site inspections, corrective actions, and compliance documentation using construction management software Provide training and guidance to site personnel on erosion control best practices and regulatory requirements Coordinate with environmental agencies during site assessments and permit applications to ensure regulatory compliance Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on erosion control or environmental protection Strong understanding of construction regulations, including federal safety standards and environmental laws Familiarity with construction management software, Microsoft Office suite, and data collection tools for inspection documentation Knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings related to structural systems and site grading Ability to interpret building codes such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and structural codes relevant to erosion control measures Excellent analysis skills for assessing site conditions and implementing effective solutions Demonstrated team leadership skills to coordinate efforts across multiple disciplines on active sites Construction inspection experience with a focus on quality assurance and compliance management Join us in safeguarding our environment while delivering exceptional construction projects!
