Job Description

Day and Swing Shifts Available. Starting from $22+
Day Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
Swing Shift:
Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m.
Test Operator Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Test Operator to support our Board testing process. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, has to be a team player and thrive in a collaborative environment. Will be responsible for operating test equipment and have exposure to basic computer systems, documenting results, and assisting with board-level testing and cleaning tasks Preferred Experience Experience with board-level debugging , Server HW building and exposure to Linux operating system. Experience in manufacturing Familiarity with ESD-safe handling practices. Exposure to test management tools and applications.
Rework Summary:
An SMT/PTH Rework Operator II performs rework and modifications to PCBA circuits varying from simple to complex. The activities carried out include hand soldering of SMT and PTH components. Remove and Re-install components. Use of rework equipment such as ERSA for BGA rework. Use of Mini-pot for PTH components. Use of pre-heaters to accommodate units with heavier amounts of copper. Use of heat gun maintaining control to not damage product. Assists in the rework process development of new components or products. Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Preferred
IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC 7711/7721, J-STD-001
experience Preferred knowledge of components and their polarity, including but not limited to ICs, Resistors and Capacitors Proficient computer competence Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Proficient at reading and interpreting Work Instructions, Blueprints, Drawings, Bill of Materials, etc.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
