Job Description

General Statement of Duties Under supervisor with little latitude for independent or unreviewed action, responsible for entering customers' telephone wagers into the online wagering system. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Accepts and enters telephone wagers received on specified race cards. 2. Disseminates pertinent racing information to telephone betting customers such as scratches, track conditions, results, etc. 3. Assists in performing miscellaneous routine tasks such as branch housekeeping, posting results, etc. 4. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and demonstrate the ability to operate computer related equipment. Acceptable Training and Experience Must satisfactorily complete a two day training course.
