Telephone Operator

The Barnes Firm is one of the nation's leading personal injury law firms with offices throughout the United States. We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team to continue providing services in California and New York. Candidates must be team players, have a high level of professionalism, and bring a friendly, positive attitude to work each day.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls with a polite, professional and welcoming tone of voice (with a smile), and direct them to appropriate attorney or other staff member; Must be speak clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone; Use listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate, complete information. Must have excellent multi-tasking and typing skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one-year call center, office or telephone customer service required. Must have commitment to superior customer service. Knowledge of centralized telephone system preferred. Skills in dealing diplomatically with the public under stressful conditions. Knowledge of personal computers and methods of updating databases.

Shift Available:

Part-time weekends 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
