Our Answering Service Agents support the Collection Team, ensuring their customers always reach a real person even when the call volume spikes. The Impact You'll Make As an Answering Service Agent, you'll be the overflow support when the inbound call volume increases hold times. Your professionalism and attention to detail will directly shape how our clients' customers feel about their questions and concerns. This is not just about answering phones — it's about being the voice of trust for the companies we serve. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously, following each client's unique instructions. Gather and verify information from callers, ensuring names, phone numbers, and messages are accurate and complete. Relay messages via email, SMS, or secure client portals in real time. Follow escalation protocols for urgent or emergency calls. Use call-handling software to log details, tag calls, and update client records. Manage multiple client accounts during a shift, switching between scripts and procedures seamlessly. Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift handovers and consistent service quality. We're looking for someone who is: A clear communicator — you speak with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Detail-oriented — you can take accurate messages even when callers speak quickly or provide complex information. Preferred but not required:
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or receptionist role. Work Schedule This role will be onsite. Part time from 11:30AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday.
