Job Description

Job Title:
Data Preparation and Control Specialist The Data Preparation and Control Specialist will be the main point of contact for all phone calls, emails, mail, and deliveries. This individual will work with the team to ensure that all deadlines are met, reporting is completed, and all issues are resolved for the team. The ideal candidate for this position is organized and has a background as a pharmacy tech or other prescription-based knowledge, customer service, and experience managing the general day-to-day operations of an office.

Schedule:
Rotating schedule that includes weekends and may require flexibility to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for monthly reporting activities, including data generation, collection, validation, and distribution. Utilize internal software systems and external professional reports to collect, organize, format, analyze, and maintain data. Review and analyze data to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information and take appropriate corrective action. Sort, process, and standardize documents and data according to established procedures and reporting requirements. Process, validate, reconcile, and maintain data to produce accurate and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Generate and distribute data files, reports, and other required deliverables to clients in a timely manner. Interpret data and execute appropriate next steps in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Perform administrative support functions as needed, including contract review, editing, revision, and document management. Track and manage the lifecycle of customer issues from initial notification through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Coordinate and communicate with vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain organized records and oversee the filing and retention of reports, documentation, and analytical data. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, including pharmacies, manufacturers, and other stakeholders, providing professional and responsive support. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data and reporting activities. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client, company, and patient information in accordance with applicable policies and regulations. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational and decision-making skills Knowledge of prescription drugs. Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 3-5 Years experience as processing, organizing data, building data reports Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Physical requirements:
Continuously able to work in office environment Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching Rarely requires climbing

$54,080.00 - $62,400.00 per year
