Job Description
Essential Functions Answer and operate the resort's PBX telephone system in a professional and courteous manner. Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments and associates. Assist guests with resort information, amenities, dining reservations, activities, and general inquiries. Process guest requests and dispatch work orders to Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments as needed. Schedule and deliver accurate wake-up calls. Respond to guest concerns and ensure proper follow-up through established service recovery procedures. Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, services, operating hours, and special events. Support emergency communication procedures and understand resort radio and communication protocols. Accurately document guest requests, complaints, and service issues. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining Omni's standards of excellence. Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel operating systems. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, reach, and lift up to 15 pounds. Why Join Omni Hilton Head?
