Full Job Description We Are Hiring:

Ascension Saint Thomas West Department:
Telecommunications Schedule:
PRN Night What You Will Do:
Telecommunications Operations:
Efficiently manage the organization's phone systems to route incoming calls and broadcast critical codes, alerts, and emergency drills.
Call Management & Inquiry Support:
Receive and relay internal and external communications while providing general information in strict accordance with established protocols.
Information Maintenance:
Continually update desk directories, on-call schedules, and reference guides to ensure all personnel data remains accurate and accessible.
Emergency & Paging Coordination:
Operate beeper and paging systems to mobilize code teams and staff, executing disaster management plans and announcements per policy.
What You Will Need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
