Day Shift | Evening Shift How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks relating to the switchboard. Serve as a technical or functional resource. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures. Oversee training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance. Respond to and refers problems and complaints raised by patients, staff, or visitors to the appropriate area. May lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
