Full-Time Jones Ford Verde Valley is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and dealership paperwork are processed accurately and on time. We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working with detailed paperwork, and able to communicate effectively with customers, lenders, the DMV/MVD, and other members of our dealership team. Responsibilities Process vehicle titles and registrations for new and pre-owned vehicle sales Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork accurately and promptly Process title transfers, lien recordings, payoffs, and related documentation Verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submission Maintain accurate records of titles and registration transactions Track outstanding titles and follow up as needed Work with banks, lienholders, customers, and state agencies to resolve title issues Process trade-in titles and ensure required documentation is received Maintain organized title files and dealership records Assist the accounting and administrative teams as needed Follow all dealership, state, and federal documentation requirements Qualifications Automotive dealership title experience preferred Previous administrative, accounting, DMV/MVD, or automotive office experience is a plus Knowledge of Arizona title and registration processes preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to handle confidential customer and dealership information professionally Dependable and able to manage multiple deadlines Compensation Starting at $20.00 per hour , with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
