This position will perform duties such as assisting in person clientele; examine vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; process titles and registrations; be able to research, advise, interpret, update, consult, collaborate, guide, and resolve problems related to ADOT statutes, policies, and procedures. General administrative duties include OCR scanning, verifying title reports, shipping license plates, validating VIN numbers, and other duties as assigned. As a Processing Specialist, you will be expected to act as part of the team and as such your job role may occasionally require you to help others complete their duties.

- 4:30pm Duties Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles in accordance with state transportation regulations and dealership policies.
Manage the inventory of titles, ensuring proper control and documentation for all vehicles in stock. Collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely completion of title paperwork during vehicle sales and transfers. Maintain accurate records of all title transactions using dealership management software such as CDK or similar platforms. Assist with inventory management by tracking vehicle status, registration, and title documentation updates. Communicate effectively with clients regarding title status, required documentation, and legal compliance. Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to automotive sales paperwork processing and recordkeeping. Support accounting functions related to retail sales, including data entry for sales transactions and financial documentation. Handle cashiering duties related to title fees and other associated charges with professionalism and accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person. Maintain organized files for all title documents, ensuring easy retrieval during audits or inspections. Experience Previous experience working as a Title Clerk or in a similar automotive administrative role is highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, dealership operations, and inventory control practices. Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or equivalent software platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and recordkeeping tasks. Strong understanding of state transportation regulations governing vehicle titles and registrations. Experience with automotive sales paperwork processing, including retail sales documentation. Excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual environments are advantageous. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Background in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service enhances suitability for this role. Ability to manage high-end sales processes and perform retail math accurately.
