In this role, you will manage the processing of automotive titles, ensuring compliance with in and out of state transportation regulations and delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual is a plus. Must know how to process out of state paperwork. Responsibilities Process automotive titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with in and out of state transportation regulations. Manage title paperwork ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Maintain detailed records of title transfers, registrations, and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth title processing and resolve any discrepancies. Support sales teams by providing administrative assistance related to automotive sales paperwork processing and data entry. Ensure all cashiering activities related to vehicle sales are completed accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts. Requirements Proven experience in automotive title processing in Arizona and other states like California, Oregon, and Washington. Strong knowledge of state transportation regulations and automotive sales paperwork procedures Proficiency with CDK software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and external agencies. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette.
