$23/hour Our client, in the vehicle title industry, seeks a DMV Title Specialist to join their team! We are looking for a team member who shines in an administrative role. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a highly collaborative team setting and handle a fast-paced exciting office environment.
Responsibilities:
Process a high-volume of vehicle title applications daily Constant contact with dealership clients to notify of errors, missing documents, and due dates Flexibility within the team to handle any task that may arise Audit paperwork against DMV policies, providing notice to customers and to DMV as set by company procedures Access customer data for printing required paperwork Provide support to clients by answering questions and finding solutions on error found during the audit process utilizing our platform communications portal Any other task required to facilitate the movement of paperwork from the client to DMV and back to the end customer Vehicle Title Specialist -
Requirements:
2+ years of professional office experience required High School Diploma required Document review experience required Vehicle Title experience preferred Strong computer skills (PC preferred); Microsoft Office or Google Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management, attention to detail, follow-up and problem-solving skills Dealership experience a plus Able to work independently with limited supervision #INDAF City Staffing is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our business.
