Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Title Clerk to join our team in Pasadena, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent position requiring 100% onsite presence. In this role, you will oversee the management of titles, registrations, and essential documentation for a fleet that includes tanks, trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage title and registration documents for various fleet vehicles, including tanks, trucks, trailers, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all fleet documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of fleet-related paperwork.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with titles and registrations.
  • Communicate effectively with external agencies and vendors to facilitate documentation processes.
  • Monitor and update internal systems to reflect current fleet documentation status.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department as needed.
  • Assist in securing and safeguarding sensitive fleet-related documentation.
