Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage title and registration documents for various fleet vehicles, including tanks, trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all fleet documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of fleet-related paperwork.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with titles and registrations.
- Communicate effectively with external agencies and vendors to facilitate documentation processes.
- Monitor and update internal systems to reflect current fleet documentation status.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics department as needed.
- Assist in securing and safeguarding sensitive fleet-related documentation.
