This role will assist with commercial vehicle registrations, title transfers, IRP accounts, permits, and other DMV-related services for trucking clients. Previous IRP or trucking experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong clerical, administrative, data entry, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Process commercial vehicle registrations, title transfers, renewals, and IRP transactions Review documents for accuracy and completeness Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, application status, and requirements Follow up with DMV and other agencies as needed Maintain organized records and track pending transactions Assist with permits, IFTA, UCR, and other trucking compliance services as trained Perform general clerical and administrative duties Requirements Clerical, administrative, data entry, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication Comfortable working with forms, documents, and computer systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn commercial DMV, IRP, and trucking compliance processes IRP, DMV, trucking, title processing, or transportation experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
