Job Description

Shared Services Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shared Services Administrator to support accurate, timely, and compliant vehicle deal processing across multiple locations. This role manages key administrative functions, including billing, taxes, dealer reserves, registrations, incentives, dealer trades, payoffs, and check requests. This position pays $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Depending on Experience Key Responsibilities Process deal billing, taxes, dealer reserves, registrations, and incentives. Complete dealer trades. Process trade payoffs daily and check requests within established timelines. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures. Communicate effectively with peers and in-store teams through Planner and other tools. Cross-train and provide coverage for essential team functions, including: Title work Deal billing Compliance Vehicle inventory Dealer trades Wholesales Cancellations Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and common office software. Automotive dealership, accounting, title, billing, or administrative experience preferred.
