McDonald Collision is looking for a new member for our CSR / Estimator Assistant team. Our ideal candidate has collision administrative experience, with a strong customer service background. Role Assisting with answering customer phone calls Customer service with walk in customers Scheduling Vehicle check in/delivery walk around with customers Customer updates Monitoring of office emails Monitoring of insurance supplement submissions Creating Repair Orders Qualifications Good customer communication and service skills a must! Collision administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with collision estimating software, CCC preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, responsive listening and critical thinking aptitude. Excellent oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual. Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude with cooperation, and leadership style with all team members and customers.
