Currently, we have a Title Closer opportunity available with a busy Title Company in St. Petersburg, FL. The Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
Managing files from executed sales contract through processing and preparation of the Closing Disclosure/HUD. Coordinating with relevant parties to obtain required documentation and resolve title issues in support of the processing team. Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other title requirements to ensure compliance with title commitments and lender closing instructions. Ordering, reviewing, and disclosing matters related to surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts. Preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD and complete closing package. Required qualifications for the position include: 3+ years of experience in a Title closer position. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Experience with Qualia Software. Florida Title Agent License.
Pay Rate Range:
$31.25 - $38.45 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
