To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Perform and prepare all legal documents needed for the transfer for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Process new and used vehicles for registration as needed to be titled. Process all license plate transactions (issuing and transferring) and obtain all dealer titles. Review accounting schedules on a weekly basis. Report any discrepancies to Office Manager. Prepare all tax and title documents for vehicles. Verify that all funds are processed, and the correct lienholder is paid before processing the title applications. Quality checks all documents submitted to ensure the application has all the information needed. Maintain titles and MSOs for inventory. Report aged retail, wholesale, and purchased title issues to Office Manager. Responsible for billing out Dealer Trades, as needed. Other duties as assigned by Office Manager.
