The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and innovative designs using advanced CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to produce high-quality schematics and layouts for various projects. The CAD Designer will collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure that designs meet specifications and project requirements. Responsibilities Develop detailed schematics and layout designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks. Create and modify electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate logic controllers into design plans. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and project coordination. Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders. Maintain organized records of all design documents and revisions. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Bluebeam is essential. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and electrical systems. Experience in creating schematics and layout designs for various projects. Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
