Dealership Operations & Title Coordinator MIG Trucks Inc. | Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | In Person About MIG Trucks MIG Trucks Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned commercial truck dealership in Atlanta specializing in quality pre-owned commercial trucks and equipment. We are looking for someone who wants more than a basic office job. The right person will become an important part of our daily operations and work directly with management, customers, lenders, title agencies, transport companies, vendors, and our sales team. Position:
Dealership Operations & Title Coordinator This position combines title/registration, sales administration, customer communication, and truck logistics coordination. You will help make sure our trucks move smoothly through the dealership—from purchase, paperwork, and reconditioning through sale, pickup, and delivery. Title & Dealership Administration Process titles, registrations, VIN documentation, and related paperwork for purchased and sold trucks Verify VINs, ownership documents, signatures, and other required information Communicate with tag & title agencies, banks, customers, and vendors Track outstanding titles and documents and follow up until completed Prepare and organize deal and purchase paperwork Prepare invoices, sales contracts, purchase packets, temporary tags, and related documents Maintain accurate digital and physical records Use dealership software and systems, including TitleTec Assist management with daily administrative tasks Sales & Customer Support Support the sales team throughout the sales process Follow up with customers regarding paperwork, financing, payments, pickup, and delivery Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries Greet customers and provide professional customer service Gather information needed to complete sales and financing paperwork Help keep deals organized from initial sale through delivery Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, lenders, and business partners Truck Logistics & Operations Schedule truck pickups and deliveries Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport companies, and brokers Track incoming and outgoing trucks Communicate delivery schedules and changes Coordinate with sales and service teams to make sure trucks are ready for pickup Help resolve transportation and scheduling issues Update internal records and inventory information Assist with general dealership operations when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for a self-starter , not someone who needs to be told what to do every five minutes.

Is dependable and punctual Has strong attention to detail Can manage multiple priorities at the same time Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone Can work independently Takes ownership when something needs to get done Is comfortable solving problems Learns new software and processes quickly Has strong computer skills Can stay organized in a fast-moving environment Wants to build a long-term career with the company Is willing to take on additional responsibility as the company grows Experience Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: Commercial truck or automotive dealership Title clerk / tag & title Automotive sales administration Dealership office administration Finance or sales paperwork Logistics / transportation Customer service Administrative coordination We can train the right person on our specific dealership processes. What matters most to us is reliability, attitude, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Language Requirement Fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese is
REQUIRED.
Candidates who speak only English will not be considered. You must be able to communicate comfortably with customers, vendors, and business partners in English and at least one of the following: Spanish Portuguese Schedule Monday-Friday Saturday availability may occasionally be required based on dealership needs.
