This position will be based in Statesboro, GA! The Vaden family owns and operates twelve dealerships in coastal areas of GA and SC. Vaden Automotive is looking to hire an Automotive Accounting Biller to join the team. Responsibilities -

Billing Clerk:

Receives all deals from both the New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments Verifies deal contents for submission for compliance and issues payoff checks for trade-ins Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's CDK DMS Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a Finance & Insurance log Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications -

Billing Clerk:

Prefer Automotive Dealership Experience Ability to analyze information, and research skills required to perform job duties Detail oriented and computer proficiency is a must CDK experience a plus Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent High sense of urgency based on the monthly deadlines. Weekly reporting Basic excel knowledge
