Part-Time License & Title Specialist O'Brien Auto Team The O'Brien Auto Team is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced License & Title Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. What You'll Do Process vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure timely and accurate submission of all title paperwork Verify costs for registrations, taxes, and title fees Track and follow up on title issues, including missing documents or discrepancies Maintain organized records of all title and licensing transactions Work closely with the accounting and sales teams to ensure smooth deal processing Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies as needed What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership license & title experience required Strong knowledge of Illinois titling and registration processes High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a part-time role Why Join O'Brien Auto Team?
