The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of vehicle billing, title paperwork, and deal processing. This position plays an important role in ensuring vehicle deals are accurately processed, funded, and completed in a timely manner.
Position Type:
Full Time (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities Process and bill vehicle deals accurately and efficiently. Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Verify contracts, invoices, titles, registrations, and supporting documentation. Track funded and unfunded deals and follow up on outstanding items. Reconcile deal discrepancies and correct errors promptly. Work closely with the Finance, Sales, Accounting, and L&T departments. Process trade-in paperwork and ensure required documentation is complete. Maintain accurate records and upload deal files. Post all deals accurately and swiftly into accounting. Process all deal commissions. Review schedules for accuracy and correct errors. Report deals to OEM and claim proper incentives. Assist with vehicle title and registration paperwork as needed. Follow dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership office or billing experience preferred. Knowledge of automotive contracts, funding, titles, and registrations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Professional communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar dealership software is a plus.
