As a Title Clerk, you are responsible for ensuring accurate processing and management of vehicle titles and related documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and maintain vehicle titles and documentation accurately and timely. Verify title information for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with dealerships, finance companies, and government agencies regarding title and registration processes. Maintain compliance with state and federal laws related to vehicle titles and registration. Assist customers and internal staff with title-related inquiries and issues. Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for all title documentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in title processing, in KY a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
