What You'll Do:

Process and maintain vehicle registration documents, including issuing registrations, title transfers, plate renewals, and more Assist sales consultants with inquiries and provide excellent service in person, over the phone, and via email Communicate with insurance companies to ensure our customers receive top priority, and delivery times are met Accurately input data into our system and ensure all records are up to date Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding vehicle registrations Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the registry department Handle transactions and payments with accuracy and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

CVR Certified not required, but preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting A passion for the automotive industry and an interest in vehicle registrations Candidates must successfully complete a drug test, background check, driver's license check, and CORI check.
