Automotive Funding Clerk Hyundai of Dundalk Hyundai of Dundalk is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Funding Clerk to join our accounting and finance team. This position works closely with our finance managers to ensure vehicle transactions are complete, accurate, properly documented, and submitted to financial institutions for timely funding. Responsibilities Review vehicle transactions for complete and accurate documentation Work directly with finance managers to resolve missing or incomplete paperwork Submit completed contracts and required documentation to banks and lending institutions Track transactions throughout the funding process Follow up promptly on outstanding funding requirements Communicate with banks and lending institutions to resolve funding issues Maintain accurate and organized transaction records Help ensure completed vehicle transactions are funded accurately and on time Assist the accounting and finance departments with related administrative responsibilities Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred Experience with automotive funding, billing, accounting, titles, or finance documentation is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Professional communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment Dependable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Compensation $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
