Our ideal candidate will be organized, have a strong attention to detail and have prior title clerk experience.

Automotive Title Clerk Duties:

Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Prepares tag and title documents. Ensure the accuracy of the deal paperwork in the DMS. Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder is placed on all title applications. Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete. Stays abreast of title regulations.

Automotive Title Clerk Qualifications:

Previous Automotive I DMV Titling experience required. Automotive Dealership experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
