Automotive Billing | Title Clerk Dealership experience required! Szott M-59 Dodge has an opening for an experienced Automotive Billing/ Title Clerk. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all title, registration, and vehicle owner information as well as billing out new and used car deals.

Job Responsibilities:

Verify legal transfer of documents for the DMV Write payoff checks for trade in vehicles, post into accounting all transmittal amounts Post accounting entries related to all DMV Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership Complete all information needed for title administration Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information and sale information Cap new and used car deals Inventory new and used vehicles

Job Requirements:

Previous dealership title clerk and/or automotive billing experience is required Dealertrack/ ADP/ Reynolds experience a plus Strong organizational skills, required Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal Computer proficiency Must pass background checks, MVR, drug test Valid driver's license with a clear driving record with no suspensions or major violations High School diploma or equivalent Apply Now!
